Fantastic!!!

That is how I feel about working at Manzanita! Manzanita is truly a community that is dedicated to providing the best academic environment for students, parents, and colleagues. I am thrilled to teach in such an environment.

I LOVE TO TEACH!!! What a privilege it is for me to work in partnership, with parents, to expand their child’s world and knowledge.

At Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, I earned my bachelor’s degree in social science and from Chapman I received my teaching credential. I have many years of experience within the classroom working with scholars in kindergarten through sixth grades.

The Central Coast is home to my family. I can’t believe my husband and I have been married for 17 years! Where has the time gone? Together we are raising three children, Brandon (15 years), Matthew (13 years), and Noah (11 years). They teach me! …And keep me grounded.

We are a sports family, so when I am not teaching, you may find me biking to my children’s basketball games, or you may see me watching them play soccer from the sidelines.

I’m looking forward to this school year and the experiences we will create and share.
