My name is Carmen Loung and I’m a Lompoc local who loves hiking, baking, and relaxing with my husband on the weekends. I work with our school’s English Language Learner population and help guide these scholars to develop proficiency in both oral and written language. I believe Manzanita is a school that is student centered and puts forth the effort to not only teach our children academics but how to treat others with kindness as well.
