PARENT, TEACHER, SCHOLAR ADVISORY BOARD
Manzanita's Parent Advisory Board raises funds, organizes events, and contributes its time to make our school community a positive place.
SCHOOL SITE COUNCIL
The SSC is a committee of elected parents and staff, alongside the school administrator, who work together to make program and budget decisions that support the educational goals outlined in our school’s LCAP plan with a focus on student achievement—especially for state-identified subgroups. The group reviews data and ensures that federal funds are used appropriately to support academic success for all scholars.
The SSC meets about once a month during the school year. Meetings are typically held at 3:30 PM and last 60–90 minutes. Members serve a two-year term and may be re-elected.
